Returns & Exchanges

At Libertine-Libertine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Registration

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
